On Saturday 20th of November I will be at Armadale Craft Fair in The Stables at Armadale Castle Gardens, Isle of Skye. The fair is open from 10am to 5 pm, with more then 30 stalls!

Both the willow weaving courses in October and November were very popular and great fun. Lost of beautiful Scandinavian Berry Baskets and Christmas decorations were made. You can see the photos on http://picasaweb.google.com/moniquebervoets

Christmas decorations

Time: 7 to 10 pm

Cost: £ 8.00 , plus between £2.00 and £5.00 for material used

The first Dornie Craft Fair was well attended and a great succes!

The hall was full of stalls with high quality local produce, from jewellery to pottery, from handbags to jam, from cards to framed pictures and much much more. For photos look at:

Some people joined the willow weaving workshop and made a butterfly. The wool spinning demonstration was interesting!
The Burger stall behind the Hall offers some great lunches, like home made soups and well filled rolls.

Next Fair will be on Friday July 9th from 10.30am to 4.30pm in Dornie Hall, which is situated next to The Dornie Bridge and opposite Eilean Donan Castle.

Dornie Craft Fair

On Friday 11th of June a Craft Fair will take place in Dornie Hall from 11am to 4.30pm. with local crafts, a demonstration wool spinning and a willow work shop.

The Armadale Garden & Craft Fair

The Armadale Garden & Craft Fair last weekend was well attended by many people and the sun! The atmosphere was great, the garden looked very well.
I want to thank everybody who made the day interesting and enjoyable.
