Weaving a plant support

Last Saturday we enjoyed an afternoon weaving a plant support in Breakish Hall. Photo made by Peggy Semler. This course was very well organised by the Scottish Crofting Federation. In the morning we visited John Bannister's tree nursery in Kylerhea to learn about growing and harvesting willow.

The willow weaving workshop organised by Gairloch Heritage Museum was very succesful!
